How will my gift be packaged?

All arrangements arrive gift-ready inside our carrier. Bouquets come in a window gift box, and flower domes arrive in a premium black gift box. Parcel shipping orders are securely packed in a protective shipping box.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations before your order is placed. As we are in a peak season, we fulfill your order as soon as we receive them. Contact our team as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to assist. Once prepared or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
